Booking conditions
The use of the services or the contracting of products from The Giri Residence implies the acceptance of this contract, you declare and accept:
1. To be of legal age (over 18 years old) and to have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered on the The Giri Residence website, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.
2. That the user, in order to be able to contract the services offered, must register as a client, to which effect he/she declares that all the information provided at the time of registration is true, complete and concise.
3. That he/she confirms the dates indicated in the reservation, as well as the number of rooms, the number of people, the boarding regime and the chosen establishment.
4. The conditions and price of the contracted reservations are those expressly determined in the document. The provision of services begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure.
5. At the time of booking, the customer has the option of paying by credit card at that time the full amount or the amount corresponding to one night, in which case you will have to pay the rest on arrival at the establishment.
If it is a reservation with a promotion applied, the total amount of the stay will be charged and no changes or cancellations are allowed.

8. The price of the booking includes accommodation and the regime chosen by the client at the time of booking. It does not include any other optional 'extras' or any other service that is not expressly contracted through the establishment's website.
9. The reservation prices include VAT, unless this mention is expressly omitted. Any other fee or tax that may be due on the occasion of the accommodation shall be paid additionally at the establishment.
In accordance with Law 2/2016 of 30 March 2016 on the tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands and measures to promote sustainable tourism, we inform you that from 1 July 2016 all persons over 16 years of age staying in our establishment must pay the tax established by the corresponding Law per person per night of accommodation, said tax is not included in the price of the room, and will be paid directly at the hotel.
Modification of the reservation

This suite for two or three people has a separate living room with a sofa bed; The split level living room can be closed off with double doors and used as an additional bedroom if required. The bathroom is decorated in dark gray tones and has a large shower stall with two spray heads.
The view from the bedroom overlooks the main pool area and the tranquil Ibiza countryside, whilst the view from the living room is over the pretty, secluded patio. The entrance to the suite is connected to the common lounge.
Our superior suite is located on the top floor of the hotel and has glass doors on both sides. It consists of a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a small living-dining area with a fireplace and two sofa beds. The main bathroom has a freestanding stone bath with a separate shower room and there is an additional bathroom with a second toilet.
