Booking conditions

The use of the services or the contracting of products from Gare Du Nord implies the acceptance of this contract, you declare and accept:

1. To be of legal age (over 18 years old) and to have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered on the Gare de Nord Ibiza website, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.

2. That the user, in order to be able to contract the services offered, must register as a client, to which effect he/she declares that all the information provided at the time of registration is true, complete and concise.

3. That he/she confirms the dates indicated in the reservation, as well as the number of rooms, the number of people, the boarding regime and the chosen establishment.

4. The conditions and price of the contracted reservations are those expressly determined in the document. The provision of services begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure.

5. At the time of booking, the customer has the option of paying by credit card at that time the full amount or the amount corresponding to one night, in which case you will have to pay the rest on arrival at the establishment.

Early check out: total amount will be charged.

If it is a reservation with a promotion applied, the total amount of the stay will be charged and no changes or cancellations are allowed.

6. The establishment will require the card with which the reservation was made at the time of check-in to verify the identity of the holder.

In the event that the holder of the card is different from the guest staying or if they are not travelling with the card used for the reservation, authorisation from the cardholder will be required. To obtain the authorisation form, please contact the establishment directly by e-mail.

In the event that the client arrives at the establishment without the card or authorisation of the cardholder, the agritourism may cancel the reservation without this giving rise to any type of compensation or possibility of claim against the establishment.

7. Only in the case of no-show on the day of arrival without prior cancellation, the establishment will send the invoice corresponding to the total amount of the stay in the case of a reservation at the promotional rate or the first night at the standard rate.

8. The price of the booking includes accommodation and the regime chosen by the client at the time of booking. It does not include any other optional "extras" or any other service that is not expressly contracted through the establishment's website.

9. The reservation prices include VAT, unless this mention is expressly omitted. Any other fee or tax that may be due on the occasion of the accommodation shall be paid additionally at the establishment.

In accordance with Law 2/2016 of 30 March 2016 on the tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands and measures to promote sustainable tourism, we inform you that from 1 July 2016 all persons over 16 years of age staying in our establishment must pay the tax established by the corresponding Law per person per night of accommodation, said tax is not included in the price of the room, and will be paid directly at the hotel.

Modification of the reservation

Once your reservation has been formalised, the characteristics of the reservation may only be modified at the request of the client if so stipulated in the "Specific Conditions of the same" and in the terms that these reflect in particular, subject in all cases to the availability of the hotel and with the application of the corresponding processing costs for cancellation as set out in the following paragraphs.
